A 23-year-old DREAMer in Washington state is accused of brutally raping a 19-year-old woman in her apartment complex's gym and leaving her with severe facial injuries -- including a broken jaw and dangling ear.

The woman ended up stumbling home with missing teeth, a bloody head and wearing only a black tank top, according to court documents obtained by Fox News. She was working out in the gym in Burien, a Seattle suburb, before the and did not know her attacker, police said.

Salvador Diaz-Garcia, an illegal immigrant who was a recipient of Deferred Action on Childhood Arrivals, or DACA, is now facing second-degree assault and rape charges in the vicious attack. He also faces child molestation charges for allegedly assaulting a 14-year-old the same day the rape occurred.

There is something really wrong with a person who spends a considerable amount of time thinking about, dreaming about the day the government is rounding up 19 year old kids who grew up here, came here through not fault of their own, and may have no tangible cultural connection to Mexico or El Salvador.

I guess Papa and Mama (who have already been deported in some cases) should have thought about that. Instead of blaming the USA, have you considered blaming irresponsible parents who dragged a child into another country illegally and DID NOTHING TO OBTAIN CITIZENSHIP FOR DECADES?

DREAMER Shot Young Man To Death In Arizona


Police arrested and charged Fernando Enriquez, 15, of Flagstaff Tuesday night with homicide. He is accused of killing Flagstaff resident Jacob M. Allen, 20, who was shot and killed in the men’s bathroom of the rec center.

Enriquez is being charged as an adult and was booked into Coconino County Jail.

Enriquez, whose name was not made public in earlier reports, was also shot during the incident. Police said he fled the scene but was identified and taken to Flagstaff Medical Center. He arrested directly after his release from FMC.

Allen was found by rec center staff, who immediately began unsuccessful lifesaving attempts before the arrival of police and emergency personnel.

Police have confirmed that two firearms were involved in the incident, but only one has been found. Police have not publicly identified the owner of the found handgun and are asking for assistance in finding the second firearm.

The police report did not state the reason for the shooting or why Allen and Enriquez were in the bathroom at the same time. However, police have confirmed that the crime was not a random act and no further suspects are being sought.

Cinthya Garcia-Cisneros, an illegal alien protected by DACA, was convicted of two counts of felony hit and run after she killed two Forest Grove, Oregon, stepsisters, Anna Dieter-Eckerdt and Abigail Robinson ages 6 and 11 respectively, who were playing at the time of the incident.

A judge threw out Garcia-Cisneros’ deportation case after her murder conviction.

The illegal immigrant who was arrested in Arizona for a sex crime against a three-year old girl was being shielded from repatriation by Obama’s 2012 ‘Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals’ program.

The little girl was found duct-taped inside a trash bag, covered in feces in a closet in an apartment occupied by Francisco Rios-Covarrubias. He was charged with kidnapping, sexual conduct with a minor, felony child abuse, and sex trafficking.

Laura Wilkerson explained what occurred to her son, Josh, at the hands of an illegal alien protected by DACA.

"He hit him in the nose so hard that it would blind him. He kicked him so hard in the stomach that his liver sliced in two and his spine sliced in two. He ruptured his spleen. He took a closet rod and beat Josh over the head so hard with it that it broke in four pieces. He strangled him. Then he took him to a field and he took his wallet and school ID out and just placed it by the body. Then he doused him with gas and set him on fire."

Dreamers have turned out to be nightmares for many Americans.

A 24-year-old woman was reportedly murdered outside a bar by DACA recipient and convicted felon Carlos Ruben Rodriguez.

Rodriguez has been charged with second-degree murder following the incident in which he and another man were in a fight. Witnesses say that’s when Rodriguez began shooting, killing Engelsen, and wounding another woman.

The temporary implementation of DACA by The Obama after Congress rejected his amnesty-first approach also helped spur a humanitarian crisis; the massive surge of unaccompanied minors from Central America including, in some cases, young people who would become members of violent gangs throughout our country, such as MS-13.
