That DA is likely to go the way of the ones in LA in the Simpson trial. There are so many things wrong with what he did in charging that officer it hurts.

He filed charges before any investigation was complete
He filed charges without a grand jury indictment or recommendation.
He has made public statements that show a complete lack of impartiality and also show prejudgment of the case.
He has made up "facts" that have no basis in reality such as the officers kicking Brooks.
He stacked charges. That's a bad mistake where the jury can easily be convinced the DA is just out to get the defendant rather than acting objectively.

Basically, this DA is so hosed.

If a taser is a deadly weapon, and a dirt bag in possession of said taser runs away from an officer and while doing so turns and fires said taser at said cops head(as was the case in this instance), is not said dirt bag guilty of felony attempted murder with a deadly weapon? Does not said cop have a right to defend himself?

Cops are not required to count the number of shots fired at them. People have been shot for pointing empty weapons and toys at cops. And FYI, that particular model of taser can be fired twice.

He shot the taser gun and missed the cop. After that, the taser gun became useless.
 
It is not in anyones interest for cops to be humiliated on the streets, because this is a stage of break down in law and order....... societies breaking down are bad for everyone except the warlords ..and their kids and grandkids.....this is what we were charged with preventing from happening....this is what failing looks like.

Does everyone so stipulate?
