I never worked in a supermarket, Doper. But if I did I would do one hell of a clean-up. I learned to clean floors in one of my first jobs, working in a hospital kitchen. Every day after the dinner shift we cleaned the hell out of that floor. Broom it. Move equipment around. Vacuum it. Mop it, using a different chemical every day. The last step was a boiling water rinse. We filled up a 30 gallon steam kettle and poured it right on the floor and chased the water around with squeegees.
Unlike you, Doper, I take shit seriously and appreciate folks who do the same, even if they are "just" cleaning floors.
