I mean what a load of. One thing I know, were there's danger, you usually won't find a lot of Republicans (or democrats for that matter). You can usually find them at a safe distance away scathingly criticizing the work of those who do go into harms way.

I mean politicians and their partisans get on my nerves. They talk the talk but have ya'll ever known a political partisan that walked the talk? Now that's a rare breed.

A couple of things here Mott. It wasn't a Republican/Democrat point. It was a conservative/liberal point. Secondly it was an opinion based on personal observation. The vast majority of decorated war vets (heros) that I know are dead set conservative....the guy in Virginia (I think that's where he is) the exception...but I bet he is still more conservative than the liberals on this board.
