You obviously don't know football. As I stated, Bama took their foot off the gas in the third... no question. But to pretend that was some kind of pounding is ridiculous. The freshman QB certainly struggled in the first half, but that is kind of expected in that situation. The fact that it was 24-21 (thanks to Darius's great play) shows it was not a blowout. While Bama's offense let off the gas, TX still made the comeback against that Bama D. Any true fan of football knows these things.

I have personal experience with Saban and he does have class. Maybe not a sense of humor or personality but he's a coaching God.

While Nebraska has struggled in recent years, it made a pretty good statement that it is back. As for titles... we had three in the 90's and five overall. Which is a couple more than your pansies at LSU have.

The only rival I dislike more than CU is OK. For CU, their only real rival is NE and they did not enjoy the annual ass kicking. Though I admit, they did enjoy a few poundings the last ten years of NE to return some of the favors.

I am not whining. TX could have stopped them and didn't. No question. Like I said, going for it showed no class. I agree with the call to run the ball when they recovered that third interception. At that point they could not run out the clock by kneeling on it.

But AFTER he got the first down inside the ten, THEN it was under a minute left... and TX had no timeouts. The CLASS act would have knelt on the ball. The fact that it was a title game does not change that.

Note: I do not think it detracts in any way from the players from Bama... it was Saban's call. The players simply executed what their coach told them to do. Saban has no class.
