if they were going to open because of obama they would have done it in his term. With Trump they are sure of a president who wants to deregulate as much as he can so they are more confident in opening their shops and expanding their operations.

Also, this isn't going to be tax reform, but only a tax cut that lasts 10 years. Stephen Moore, Trump's former economic advisor, has openly admitted this. The plan ultimately comes from Art Laffer, who shamelessly promotes tax cuts for the rich.

How'd that plan go, Brownback? If you don't remember, Brownback used Art Laffer as a paid consultant when he implemented massive tax cuts in Kansas -- producing the worse economic results in Kansas in modern history.
