Craig birther appeal dismissed

Filing the suit isn't your expense so why do you care? And if there's any credible reason for the SC to consider these cases, money shouldn't be an object against justice.

defending it has been somebody's expense......has it been the government?....I hope my taxes aren't involved.....wait a minute....this law suit names the US as a defendant....my taxes ARE involved....what's the matter with that asshole Obama anyway, making us spend tens of thousands of dollars defending these suits when all he has to do is call.....I think we need to demand Obama reimburse us for the money spent protecting his privacy unnecessarily......

Except that nobody's defended the suits, they've all been dismissed.

Obama did call the governor and Hawaii issued a birth certificate. You're just not happy with the one they issued.

who do you think filed opposing motions? are you actually claiming that obama has not had his lawyers file a single opposing motion in any case regarding his b/c?

you need to rethink your last.....what you're saying could easily be read as:

obama did call the governor of hawaii

and hawaii issued a b/c

1. Are you asking me or telling me? What I'm saying is that none of these cases reached the level of arguing the pros and cons in front of a judge.

2. Hawaii provided a birth certificate. Better now? Turning this into a semantics argument doesn't help you.
