ACORN, the liberal group notorious for allegedly trying to inflate voter rolls through fraudulent practices, has seen its last election in Ohio.

The Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now will permanently surrender its Ohio business license by June1 as part of a legal settlement with the conservative Buckeye Institute for Public Policy Solutions, both sides said yesterday. [snip]

Yesterday's settlement is mostly confidential, said Maurice A. Thompson, the conservative group's attorney.

"They will surrender their business license by June 1 and cease to operate in Ohio and cease to support or enable other groups to do what they do," Thompson said.
 
I wonder why they'd agree to actually give up their license there? Apparently there was more to what people were saying than we were led to believe. The "they've been cleared" crowd is silent.

And this is how democracy will fall - with great applause.

No election from now on shall be legitimate in Ohio. It shall essentially be an election -all minority voters. They should no longer be counted in the electoral college, and their senators and representatives should be expelled from congress.

Ohio is now officially the first American state to have its government transformed from democracy to fascist conservative dictatorship. Let's not let the entire union fall.
 
You can't shut down the finest state in our Union. To make improvements get rid of Michigan (worthless state) and New Jersey (will eliminate half the trash in this country though you can keep the Jersey Shore folk if you would like).

Excuse me? What has Ohio ever contributed other than a trash dump when Jersey overflowed? And comic relief for the West Virginians.

hey no fair.....if you had won the Toledo War you might have marched north and ended up with Detroit. Then you would be worthless instead of us......

Who would WANT to fuck Ohio? I get sick just fucking NEAR Ohio. I'd probably still be a virgin if I lived there. Except for the fact that Ohio has the sluttiest women on the planet.
