Yes he did, but ratings were down 11 percent then, now they are down 31 percent, which means that ratings have fallen 181% since just last week. At this rate football will be taking ads from ISIS as no American company will be able to afford losing revenue
 
Perhaps you morons would remember the REASON for kneeling during the national anthem was to bring attention to the FACT that racial injustice in this country has reached a point where it's almost legal for cops to use excessive/deadly force on black folk in disproportionate numbers to their white counter parts committing similar crimes & misdemeanors.

In other words, since folk like YOU don't listen or don't care, this is the only way to put it in your face so you can't claim you don't know.

The real reason was a fading player was trying to regain the spotlight. As with the rest of his critical thinking it didn't work out very well.

1) Players can't sue Jones for cutting them. They are at will employees. He can cut them for any reason he wants

You had some people saying they would boycott the NFL prior to the season unless Kap was signed and now people on the same side politically are buying more NFL jerseys as an F you to Trump. Again, losing the initial message
