Cowardly Oficer shoots and kills Double Amputee???

Because you - with your razor-sharp shooting skills and uncanny ability not to panic - would have realized that the decedent did not pose a threat, even though he refused repeated orders to drop the silver object he was holding?

Awesome.

So now you claim to know the motivations behind my actions?

Thats not what I said. I simply pointed out that I posted "What I did was "brag" that I could have done better", so when you tried to add "And you boasted that you would've done a better job" you were wrong.

I didn't say I could have done better and that I would've done a better job. That would have been redundant.

Why do you even talk to that idiot.
It's not interested in debate and all it wants to do is wait for someone to make a comment and then try to get them to defend their comment.
Ignore it.

So now you claim to know the motivations behind my actions?

Who mentioned "motivation", apart from yourself?

So now you can't explain how your reaction would have differed from that of the officer involved?

Its a slow day here. And sometimes it is amusing to watch it dance and scamper to try and turn a thread from the topic of the OP to being all about me personally. Especially since it has posted virtually nothing personal about itself.

You mentioned motivation when you posted "Because you - with your razor-sharp shooting skills and uncanny ability not to panic - would have realized that the decedent did not pose a threat, even though he refused repeated orders to drop the silver object he was holding?"

Who says I can't explain how my reaction would have differed? I haven't, but that does not mean I can't.

LOL, do you understand the meaning of this punctuation mark?

Who says I can't explain how my reaction would have differed? I haven't, but that does not mean I can't.

So will you?

Are you talking about private citizens? I fail to see the logic behind this.

Private individuals and Law Enforcement.
This avoids someone avoiding an attempted murder charge, by shooting someone in non-vital areas.
Plus there have been lawsuits where the shooter "wounded" someone, admitted to trying to "wound" them, and then the criminal sueing the shooter, by claiming that they are now disabled and can't work.

Can you cite the laws you mentioned?

Hmm, it is totally baffling to me. There was a case last week where two policewoman were killed by a mad bastard. Yet the Police themselves still do not want to armed routinely preferring to call up specialist units when needed.

So you maintain that a question mark indicates an assumption?

Good to know.

I did not say that a question mark indicates an assumption. What you wrote in the sentence indicates the assumption. The question mark simply shows you are asking for verification.

But you saw a point in posting this?

I believe I posted that in response to a direct question. So yes, I did see a point in posting that.

It does?

But in response to another direct question, you decline to explain yourself?

Maybe, but the guy used grenades as well as guns.

Since they haven't released all the details yet; it's unsure if it was the grenade or the gunshots that killed the two.
Not that it makes much of a difference, the article said one grenade was used.
