Florida's law, allows residents to use force in response to an attack without first having to retreat.

House Democrats said Tuesday they will offer an amendment to push to overturn stand-your-ground self-defense laws in states like Florida.

So girls....don't shoot your rapist (you might hurt him).....you must run away
 
Not unconstitutional, just stupid. If people went around worried that somebody might shoot them if they were too aggressive, our society would get alot politer overnight

in case people haven't been paying enough attention to the news lately, people get shot all the time, usually because they're not allowed to defend themselves with equal force. too many anti gun liberals are stupidly more afraid of decent citizens carrying than they are of the criminals and gangbangers, which is totally pathetic.
