Covington bishop apologizes to pro-life students: ‘we…allowed ourselves to be bullied’


Amid mounting pressure, Bishop Roger Joseph Foys of the Diocese of Covington issued a new statement Friday apologizing to a group of pro-life students the Diocese initially condemned over a confusing video from the March for Life.

The DNC had nothing on what happened. It was one person, that created a controversy. It was something that everyone should have taken a chill pill over, and discuss it, instead of jumping on trains of lunacy. All I saw was a lot of people, going after people for things that weren't even the issue at hand. He's not a Veteran, the high schooler's said something in the past. The Catholic school was on the same trains, with the condemnation. Since the only thing on this issue has been he said, they said speculation, it should have died. Any one continuing it, is to blame. Let it die, and move on with life, before everyone embarrasses themselves more.

Lots of people should have learned about jumping to conclusions but it will go on, time and again.

It was pretty cool that the News Fakers had an abysmal week though lol.
