See, here's the problem. The "right wing" in general and (it seems) in lock step with it's fringe elements with regards to Covid. Shills & hacks like Shellenberger, Taibbi in their "somebody said, somebody told someone I know" tirades feed into the talking points parroted by the aforementioned.
Let us be VERY clear: the Wuhan lab was working on research regarding "a type" of virus ON BEHALF OF UNNAMED US PRIVATE PHARMA COMPANIES. To date no information as to who, what or why. Ask during a news conference, Fauci gave a vague reassurance that it had nothing to do with Covid....no other details.
What caused the level of deaths in America can be directly tied to (a) use of a test that WAS NOT DESIGNED TO AND COULD NOT ACCURATELY TELL WHAT EXACTLY IS MAKING YOU SICK. I refer to the PCR test, developed by the late Dr. Kary Mullis...who spent YEARS explaining just that to people. (b) stupidly warehousing sick people with the most vulnerable of the populace ... in retirement homes and rehab centers. (c) giving doctors "discretion" in determining whether a pre-condition or covid killed a patient, thus producing inaccurate numbers. (c) instituting vaccines mandates when said vaccines WOULD NOT have passed the stringent vetting processes of the FDA prior to Covid. (d) the downplay or dismissal of reports from this country and international from valid, peer reviewed and recognized medical doctors and scientists as to patient negative to deadly reactions to the vaccines. (e) the amazing profit margins of vaccine producing pharma companies.
The above is not touched in the OP. Instead, it's crafted to feed into the "Deep State" and/or "it's all the Democrats fault" mantras. I do wish that crap would stop, because hysteria about wearing face masks just because the gov't told us to takes the eyes of the prize, as it were.
