Court issues injunction preventing Hegseth from demoting Senator Kelly

Interesting. So upholding the first amendment is now shredding the Constitution? Thanks for telling us that war is peace and ignorance is strength.
You have to be the "strongest" person ever to post here.
And this is the fucked up reasoning of leftists. When you people stutter "my free speech rights are being violated" what you really mean is "I want to say and do whatever the fuck I want without consequence". I got breaking news for you meathead, that's not how it works.

And you have just presented us with the fucked up thinking of cult members like yourself. The first amendment does work that way when it comes to the government. The government can't punish people for using their first amendment rights.

You never were grounded in anything realistic. Fortunately for you, ignorance is bliss.

Judge shopping?
Yep.

Did Congress get recently moved from the District of Columbia?
Too funny! @Poor Richard Saunders thinks the judiciary is Congress. You can't make this shit up!

The case was filed in the District of Columbia
... where a member of the judiciary could extend judicial overreach.

... and that's what happened.

To call it judge shopping reveals your stupidity.
To be unaware that all executive power rests with the President, not with the judiciary, reveals your stupidity.

As of today, there has been no appeal of this ruling
Correct.

so the Supreme Court hasn't ruled on anything.
Yes, the Supreme Court just ruled on judicial overreach, and on Federal Judges attempting to hijack executive power from the bench.

The recent ruling says Federal judges can't do what they're doing. Hegseth's censure can be reapplied.

Courts don't enforce laws you retarded dumbass
of course they do you simpleton.

enforce

  1. to impose (a course of action) upon a person.

The doctor enforced a strict dietary regimen.
The courts are the first step in a two stage regime where it is their rulings that compel an action, and if then the person does not act the DoJ is the second stage to take action.

The govt does it all the fucking time you mangy donkey ass

That one's the most blissful idiot in the planet

Interesting. So upholding the first amendment ...
Interesting. So hijacking executive power from the Executive Branch, dismantling the separation of powers, and shredding the Constitution is now "Defending Inalienable Rights"? Thanks for telling us that black is white, that night is day and that Thomas Jefferson was a communist.

Idiot magats want West Point closed and Instructors charged who teach and emphasize the below that is on the plaque in their main hall for all to see.

Plaque: Should orders and the law ever conflict, our officers must obey the law.”
It speaks to the foundational idea that military officers owe loyalty to the Constitution and the law — not simply to superior orders.

I think the court in question here is just asking for sanity in government. With the Trump administration in charge of government at this time, asking for sanity is a heavy ask. Only the morons of the MAGA movement think sanity has any business intruding on what they are trying to do.
Not true. The courts, particularly the District Courts have a number of judges seated that will oppose virtually anything Trump and his administration does simply because of their political bias and POV. They'll find some convoluted citation of law, twist it into a pretzel, and claim Trump can't do whatever it is he's doing.

So far, that's seen the District Courts lose nearly all of their power to issue an nationwide, even region-wide, injunction on anything. It's seen judges overturned repeatedly at the appellate level. Even the more Left leaning justices at the Supreme Court have sided against the District Courts more than once because the latter's rulings have become so egregious.

Kelly is a member of Congress so the correct district for him to defend his speech as a member of Congress is DC where Congress is located.
... where a member of the judiciary could extend judicial overreach.
I see you can't tell us what specifically was overreach in the ruling. You are so "strong!"
... and that's what happened.

To be unaware that all executive power rests with the President, not with the judiciary, reveals your stupidity.
To be completely oblivious to the fact that the President is in DC and the case was filed in DC shows your stupidity.
Correct.

Yes, the Supreme Court just ruled on judicial overreach, and on Federal Judges attempting to hijack executive power from the bench.
The Supreme Court ruled on injunctions that encompass the entire nation being overreach. This is not that since it only applies to the government's attempt to subvert the Constitution to go after Kelly
The recent ruling says Federal judges can't do what they're doing. Hegseth's censure can be reapplied.
You are so "strong," the strongest person ever.

(Ignorance is strength! War is peace.)

I guess you are so "strong" that you think there is a part of the Constitution that says the Executive branch is exempted from having to respect the bill of rights.

MAGAts only see what they want to see. It's part of cult behavior to only listen to their cult leaders for guidance.
I think it's more that they're terrified of any speech that contradicts their constructed narrative of reality. TA's all the sudden become a voting integrity conspiracy theorist - why? He sees how unpopular trump's thug administration is and won't accept any Democratic victory as legit.

Yeah, you are correct. If you guys could only get more stupid people to become judges, you might be able to correct that imbalance.
More crooked one's like this one in Florida. Bondi's from Florida, too! WTF is up with all these goons from Florida?

Nope. He was censured for inciting rebellion and disobedience. The censure was blocked via Federal judge shopping, but now that the Supreme Court has curtailed the judicial branch's ability to do this, Hegseth can reopen the censure and drop Mark Kelley in rank.
Nope. All Kelly and the 5 other lawmaker/intelligence folks were doing were quoting the UCMJ.

I love it you "free speech absolutists" all crumble like little bitches whenever anyone makes you look like the goons you are.
