Actually presidential elections are conducted by the states too. You don't vote for a president, you vote for state electors. The FF were very big on states rights and thought of the states as independent sovereign countries. They would be appalled at how the feds run everything today.

It is not going to happen. It is another alt right case with no evidence.
What we call Presidential elections are actually elections of Electoral College Electors. They are statewide elections of state level officials, while Senate elections are statewide elections of federal level officials.
There is mixed federal, state, and local control of the elections. There is not absolute control by any level or branch.
Flash makes an excellent point. Time is not the Republicans friend in this case. The current trend is towards Democrats doing better. If we have a redo of all the 2020 elections, Democrats will gain.
Sovereign countries are by definition the supreme government, with none above them. The Supremacy Clause of the Constitution (written by the Founding Fathers) makes clear that the US Government is the supreme government.

Without the cheating democrats will lose in georgia. That's the GOP plan. Not a repeat of the past election but a new and honest election. Dems are cheating everywhere. The Constitution says the US Constitution and the US LAWS are above the states. That would mean federal government laws are supreme to state government laws.

So the "evidence" that should be easily findable was not found in the first 8 months, but will be found in the future? Then the obvious question is why did it take more than 8 months to find? The obvious answer is because it is faked.
If a court invalidates a valid election, we first re-win the election, with even more votes. And then prosecute the judge.
Methinks you missed what I consider the major point ... this case is NOT about Donald J Trump or the 2020 election ... it is about a Georgia election and Georgia citizens. Different ball game here folks.
It is about Republicans being sore losers. It is not a winning strategy. If Republicans do not change their strategy quickly, they will lose the next two elections.
