The sudden demand by Portland Police that ANTIFA dismantle their camp is intended to influence the Ninth Circuit’s vote tomorrow.

It might have the opposite of the intended effect.

It shows Oregon and Portland could have dealt with the problem all along but intentionally chose to not do so.

ICYMI: They don't want the Ninth Circuit to approve use of the National Guard against them.

By melting away now they make it appear that the need for the National Guard has gone away, and hope the Ninth Circuit relies on that to hold the Trump Administration is no longer justified.

Antifa has held court in Portland every night they've wanted to. They had a higher priority last night -- they're playing the long game.
