This ruling has NO effect on California; nobody is telling California what to do. What the ruling DOES do is return the issue back to the States (where it belongs). IOW, libtards cannot tell Wisconsin, Texas, or Oklahoma what to do, and if they don't like it, they can always move out and go to another State (or oligarchy or dictatorship) that is more "in-line" with their political views.
