Courageous Supreme Court’s Abortion Ruling Makes History

It is my opinion that the Supreme Court's decision is one of the worst that has ever been made by that court...and is anything but a step in the right direction..

There are two lives involved. Sadly, democrats believe unborn children are not humans. Dem Socialists didn't believe Blacks were human either, and the Scotus said they were wrong then, too.

Not going to happen. Unlike abortion, the majority of the nation is not divided over those issues.

Yeah...you people want there to be "two lives"...but there actually is just one for most of the pregnancy. JUST ONE...the woman who is pregnant.

And if a woman who has a pregnancy occurring in her own body wants to terminate that pregnancy, she should be allowed to do so.

The six brave S.C. Justices should be praised for their courage.

They did not fold while the far left tried to intimidate them into changing their vote.

One even tried to murder a Justice.

They demonstrated at the homes of these justices in violation of federal law.
The A/G Garland, refused to prosecute these lawbreakers.

He will be impeached after November.
 
there is no stare decisis in the the supreme court. That's what makes it supreme.


In effect, all courts are bound to follow the rulings of the Supreme Court, as the highest court in the country. Therefore, decisions that the highest court makes become binding precedent or obligatory stare decisis for the lower courts in the system.
