The leak of Justice Samuel Alito’s draft opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization overturning Roe was a shameful attempt to poison the well so that it would never see the light of day, at least not as the court’s majority opinion.

Yes that is shameful and could have cost the life of a justice or his family. And for that AG Garland should be impeached. I think he is still butt hurt at not getting on the SCOTUS. Thank God and Mitch he didn't
 
What a SCOTUS we have: a pervert, a rapist, and four or five who perjured themselves during their confirmation hearing. Unreal but so it goes, progress comes slowly to the human species. Garland will be impeached for not enforcing the federal law that prohibits demonstrations at the homes of S.C. Justices and not prosecuting illegals (non-citizens) when they cross the border illegally or enforcing the “remain in Mexico” policy that the S.C. just upheld.

we don't need another 63 million plus abortions in the next 50 years... A bunch of us are old... But let's work together to make sure that abortion isn't used as birth control because right now that's what was happening... For far too long...

I agree, it should not be used as birth control...and I seriously doubt that is a reason for the vast majority of all abortions.

But a woman who wants to end a pregnancy in her own body should have the right to do so...and to do it with the aid of a doctor.

This ruling by the conservatives of the SCOTUS has done more to harm the integrity of, and trust in, the SCOTUS than almost any other decisions in its history.



Question, if I may: I doubt you would say, "We do not need millions upon millions more cataract surgeries, appendectomies, or tonsillectomies during the next 50 years."

Why, specifically, are you saying that about "abortions?"
