Why high court is tossing out precedent
How SCOTUS abandoned 1973 Roe ruling.

Roe v. Wade is gone. Finally. The Supreme Court met the moment and made history, correcting the most egregious judicial distortion of the Constitution in living memory.

The leak of Justice Samuel Alito’s draft opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization overturning Roe was a shameful attempt to poison the well so that it would never see the light of day, at least not as the court’s majority opinion.

The seven-plus weeks that followed brought not only brazen intimidation tactics, but also the attempted murder of a justice and violence that extended to crisis pregnancy centers and churches.

RIP ROE: SUPREME COURT ABORTION RULING SETS STAGE FOR WHAT PRO-LIFE GROUPS DO NEXT

Those threats and violence failed. The court’s majority held, and those justices should be recognized for their courage to withstand the intense pressure targeting them on so many levels. Alito’s opinion does not significantly differ from the earlier draft other than to address other justices’ concurring and dissenting opinions.

A/G Garland will be impeached after November for allowing illegal protests at the homes of Supreme Court justices.

Fox News...what a fucking joke.

And followers of Fox News are an even funnier joke.

We have lots of work to continue to do...the protests and story after story of celebrating personal abortions inspire us to do even more....just watch them... listen carefully to them... You'll understand that the SC's decision was the right decision....

One million plus voters have switched from the Democrat Party to the Republican Party in the last year.

Yes that is shameful and could have cost the life of a justice or his family. And for that AG Garland should be impeached. I think he is still butt hurt at not getting on the SCOTUS. Thank God and Mitch he didn't

What a SCOTUS we have: a pervert, a rapist, and four or five who perjured themselves during their confirmation hearing. Unreal but so it goes, progress comes slowly to the human species. A conservative SCOTUS is simply the legislative branch of the oligarchs, the corporatist, the bigoted, read its history if you doubt.

"Few American institutions have inflicted greater suffering on ordinary people than the Supreme Court of the United States. Since its inception, the justices of the Supreme Court have shaped a nation where children toiled in coal mines, where Americans could be forced into camps because of their race, and where a woman could be sterilized against her will by state law."

Garland will be impeached for not enforcing the federal law that prohibits demonstrations at the homes of S.C. Justices and not prosecuting illegals (non-citizens) when they cross the border illegally or enforcing the “remain in Mexico” policy that the S.C. just upheld.

Stop the sulking, your side lost, get over it.

I am old; I am a man; I am not bitter.

P.S.: Fuck you.
we don't need another 63 million plus abortions in the next 50 years... A bunch of us are old... But let's work together to make sure that abortion isn't used as birth control because right now that's what was happening... For far too long...

Hopefully so. His lack of fidelity to the law proves he would have been a terrible justice.

I agree, it should not be used as birth control...and I seriously doubt that is a reason for the vast majority of all abortions.

But a woman who wants to end a pregnancy in her own body should have the right to do so...and to do it with the aid of a doctor.

This ruling by the conservatives of the SCOTUS has done more to harm the integrity of, and trust in, the SCOTUS than almost any other decisions in its history.

Question, if I may: I doubt you would say, "We do not need millions upon millions more cataract surgeries, appendectomies, or tonsillectomies during the next 50 years."

Why, specifically, are you saying that about "abortions?"

Those justices who were installed by the Nazi American RepubliKKKan party better have good security details.
