an alternate candidate to run in Biden's place. Having the people
vote for their choice of candidate is how it's been done in the past
Many of us wanted him to run. Yes, there were those who said he
was too old and developed dementia.
That is correct. If he chose to run, he was the incumbent and duly
voted in the primary as the Democrat's candidate.
