Could A Good God Permit So Much Suffering?

Mere existence may or may not be a predicate, depending on the use of that item.

Example: the presence of oxygen in the air is a predicate to your ability to breath (the conclusion).

It is by necessity. The equation is ?A->A. This is also known as the proof of identity.
If something exists, it is proof that it exists.
shut up you brain dead asshole

Sorry, Humel, you're clearly the one who's lost. Many others and I aren't. It's like learning your way home: once you know it, you can't unlearn it, and you'll never get lost again unless you stray so far off the path that nothing looks familiar, but that's quite rare.

Then there are losers like Humel, sidetracked by a very cunning scam artist who convinced him to head downstairs where the party's at, where everyone's having a blast, and you don't need to own your failures or ignorance. Just chant the mantra and take another hit of libtard dope.

Humel's a hardcore addict now. He's moved on to dragging more morons like himself away from finding their way home to join the party downstairs. Misery loves company, right? No worries, he'll figure it out one way or another.

My apologies to anyone genuinely wrestling with this question, unlike Humel here. Keep searching, but you won't find answers from any libtard. They're doing their best to keep you ignorant and bitter like them. Ask the only one you'll believe, and he'll find a way to answer any sincere questions.
next troll shit from you gets ignore

You are very stupid person.

shut up you stupid asshole

Ah, projecting again. The Peanut Gallery can easily find books on how to read the Old Testament, and in Jewish terms; no need to waste time on these poseurs tying to sound all intellectual n stuff. For a more universalist and logical approach, there is always the great teaching text of Thomas of Aquina for a beginning text on logic, reason, and their application to theology.

THE Thomas "Aquina"?

Wish I could sound all intellectual n stuff.

Aquina is where he was from, idiot. It refers to Aquila. It was common to use one's town or village name as a surname later in life, There, you blathering moron, you got a free lesson. I doubt you ever make use of it.

Yeah, usually he's called Thomas Aquinas. If you want to get technical he was from Aquino (note the "o", not "a". In Romance languages that tends to matter)

Just sayin'. :)

Many people without Faith, assume all Faith is Blind Faith
I wouldn't even consider the possibility of Christianity if I thought it was nothing but blind faith.
The logical deductions of the cosmological argument, the teleological argument, the moral argument, supplemented by witness testimony in New Testament (the parts that are reliable) is a perfectly rational worldview, whether or not I agree with the validity of the deductions.

Rational only if you are first a believer.

ALL faith is blind faith, Woody.
The logical deductions
Redundant phrase. Buzzword fallacy.
of the cosmological argument,
No such thing. Buzzword fallacy.
the teleological argument,
No such thing. Buzzword fallacy.
the moral argument,
Void argument fallacy. Buzzword fallacy.
supplemented by witness testimony in New Testament
Each prophet that wrote the books of the New Testament witness the truthfulness of the gospel and the existence of Jesus Christ and God. They are not 'supplements'. Buzzword fallacy.
(the parts that are reliable)
Who are you to edit the Bible?
is a perfectly rational worldview,
You don't get to speak for everyone. Omniscience fallacy.
whether or not I agree with the validity of the deductions.
Babble.

It's not gonna work, Woody. I see through your BS.
