I accurately told you what the law does. You still have yet to debunk it. The bill set up a review process where 2/3s of the members present had to reject it for it to be null and void. The opposite of the treaty clause. I also told you the Corker, Graham, and Menendez sponsored with corker writing it. You also claimed corker did not vote for it. Yes, he did.

so yes, the bill made it easier for Obama to bypass the treaty clause. and the majority of pubs voted for it. Cotton was the only one with integrity.
