Cops will no longer be required to be ‘citizens or permanent residents’

Apparently Earl conveniently posted relevant info in 2nd post and yet continues to double down on lying about illegals being able to be cops.

After I created this thread, I noticed that he did, in fact, posted the relevant information in the second post. Too late. And he STILL continued to lie, despite that fact.
