One of the news casts were saying that after Philando said he had the CCW and was armed that the Officer told him to stop reaching, for what ever he was reaching for.

I'm sure this will come out, if it is true or not.

There are times when people have an absolute right to expose certain behavior; but they should at least base it on the truth and not just how they feel.
