Most of Hungary's borders are on other EU countries, so are completely open. They are literally as open as American state borders. Hungary's border with Ukraine is more open than any of America's borders. If you can prove a connection to Ukraine, you can get admission into Hungary, with nearly all benefits of citizenship.
