Using deficate spending worked for most of the 80's, 90's and 00's.
LMAOo... this was too funny to pass up!
No, Jarhead... "Defecate" spending is what they are doing now... (spending money out the ass!)
DEFICIT spending has been happening since the days of Andrew Jackson, it's nothing new. It is when the deficit spending is not kept in check and gets way out of control, that we experience problems with the economy as a result. This is all too very complicated to explain to you, because you are retarded and wouldn't understand it. There are all kinds of things about the GDP and debt-to-GDP ratio, monetizing debt, and borrowing power globally.... all of it is interrelated and effects the economic conditions.
Reagan's policies did increase the deficit annually, but the argument was, the policies would generate growth and prosperity (which they did) and in turn, create more revenue to pay down the debt. You see, there are two different things in play here... the "deficit" and the "debt" ...we have an enormous national debt, as a result of years and years of deficit spending. (spending money we don't have.) Currently, the largest expenditure we have is not social programs or the military, not education or health care, but rather... interest on the national debt. Not PRINCIPLE, but INTEREST! We've maxed out the credit card, and are paying the credit card company the minimum allowable payment each month, and never paying down the debt.
Now, I realize you are mentally retarded, but you should at least be intelligent enough to understand, you can't just keep spending money you don't have indefinitely. At some point in time, someone will come take your checkbook away and keep you from writing any more checks. It's just common sense, and something even a retarded person like yourself can understand. Also, money doesn't grow on trees, we have to print it, but the more money we print, the less valuable it becomes. We have allowed stupid people like yourself, to vote politicians into office, who continue to write the checks, continue to spend money we don't have, and continue to have to print money to keep the lights on, while devaluing our currency in the process. This is largely due to the fact that you morons believe you are 'entitled' to all of this shit we just can't afford to provide to everyone, you live in Willy Wonka Land!
Eventually, this will all come to a head, and we will have to make some hard choices. I believe it is better that we responsibly discuss ways to reduce the deficit and cut the debt, before everything totally collapses into chaos, but that's just me! The first thing we need to do, is stop discretionary spending, or at least, limit it greatly. Then we need to start cutting waste and redundancy in our government spending. Next, we need to eliminate government programs that do not work, haven't worked, and won't ever work, in a capitalist free market society. Finally, we need to turn to the capitalist free market for solutions to our problems, instead of relying and depending on the government teat.
