With the Young kids yes, with Teens it is a really bad idea.
That is because people let down their guard and the next thing ya know it starts spreading again.

No WE don't have those things. I live in Florida. There is no statewide mask mandate. There are no limitations on restaurants and bars. The state has not ordered beaches closed. You didn't know that?

My daughter ,, who lives in Germany has had enough . Her eight yr old ,my granddaughter , hasn’t been to school in a yr. . Parents are expected to home school but both parents work. The kid is not doing well at all so they’re sending her to a private school (which we will pay for) where it’s business as usual and there’s no COVID problem.
Did not look closed this weekend. Who does if I am not mistaken DeSantis lift that mandate, am I wrong? Catch up, Texas is trying to do their best to be No. 1 in cases. Using the vaccines does not mean a high percentage of the population has gotten them, we are around 10% vaccinated with at least one shot here in Texas, the National average is around 12%, if that makes you feel safer you do not know your math. I have friends in Florida, but no I will not be coming there for at least a year. As for DeSantis, he has to be one of the dumbest Governors in the country, heck he had to be told by trumps WH that Yes he should shutdown, that is after most of the country already had done so on their own, even Red States.
It is called Covid Fatigue, and what causes some to let down their guard and results in more cases. Hmmm, not what my cousins have been telling me, they are going through the same waves as the rest of Europe, maybe where she lives if different.

The state recommends masks so if people in your area don't wear them then whine to your city and county. The only reason you want to blame DeSantis is because the majority of the state was smart enough not to elect that liberal idiot Andrew Gillum you jerks wanted. BTW since he lost he has turned to drugs and booze. The Cuban community in South Florida is conservative you could learn from them. PUTZ

Unfortunately certain segments of our media have convinced far too many people that science is made-up bullshit and is political. It is not, of course. We already have multiple PSAs running up here on commercial breaks, about the vaccines. They don't seem to be making a dent. Whenever one of the local TV stations posts something about the vaccines, cases, deaths, etc. on its FB page, the ha-ha-ha-bullshit posts are almost equal to the ones supporting the facts.
You would think that a vet would have enough scientific knowledge to understand how the mRNA vaccines work to know that they aren't going to change you into some sort of Frankenstein-like monster, or infect all your cells with unknown shit, and so on.

Yes, they were closed FOR A PERIOD. But they are not closed now. There has NEVER been a statewide mask mandate, and bars and restaurants were opened to full capacity months ago, as were gyms, salons, and movie theaters. The state 'recommends' masks. ROTFLFMAO!!! Big deal. You claimed there was a mask mandate. You were wrong. There is not and never has been. You claimed the beaches were closed. You were wrong. They are not.

Oh I know all about it. Was on the phone with my daughter 2 hrs a couple of days ago. That's when I told her we'd pay for the private school.
No one is allowed to drive more than 15 km from their residence. If caught its a €500 fine. Back to the old STASI days.
My wife is so happy she lives in America , or at least Alaska and Hawaii.
