This thread is a "gaslight". Without specifying what is meant by "dump" or "spikes" the accusations of fraud are meaningless. Big vote "dumps" late at night from very large metropolitan voting districts happen in every election. They always have, and are perfectly normal.

Executive Overview

A team of unpaid citizen volunteer mathematicians, scientists, IT veterans, and engineers collaborated in a
statistical vote analyses of selected states in the 2020 Elections. The purpose of such an analysis is not to
tell what happened (ballot stuffing, machine algorithm, etc.), but rather where there were unusual results.

In this special report we are looking at what has been called vote “Dumps.” We are defining a Dump as
unusually large differences between Presidential candidates, received/recorded at one time. We looked
for such spikes for both candidates. The conclusion is that all we were able to find were net Biden Dumps
(see next page, Table 1, where the states are listed alphabetically, and the dumps chronologically). These
are representative. (For additional data on spikes in other states, see our other report here.) Unless
otherwise noted, all data on Table 1 are from Edison time-series analysis of rates of votes added.

Again, we cannot determine exactly what happened to cause these Dumps (e.g., ballot stuffing, something
legitimate, etc.), but rather where (a State) and time(s) that these unusual results took place.To verify vote
integrity, Phase 2 is to have a forensic audit done of the locations and time(s) where these suspicious
Dumps were identified — which can likely resolve the what. For any questions, please contact one of the
above listed authors.

No, they are not specified or explained as to why they are even "bumps" by comparison with subtotals from prior elections. We are supposed to be impressed that some "bumps" had twice as many Democrat votes as Republican votes when
the likelihood is these large totals came from highly populated urban districts that usually vote Democratic.

It's a pile of argumentative crap, as the link admits it might be by acknowledging the "bumps" might only represent honest voting totals.

Take your own advice and read it.

They are only normal in swing states that the Groomercrat needs to win to have enough electoral votes. 100K votes is the size of a small city. No way that many votes in a truck full of duffel bags can go only to one candidate.

"Bumps", that is, large numbers of votes announced at one time are common in states with large cities or in heavily populated counties, such as Maricopa in Arizona, where votes are announced as lump sum totals. This happens in every election and late at night for East coast residents waiting for returns such as those in Maricopa. Your thread is a variation of the theme Trump played in the days just after the election when he loudly complained about late night
"dumps" of large vote totals favoring Biden. These, as always, were votes from heavily populated Democratic districts. They are always "late" and they are always numerous and they are always Democratic and they happen every fucking election. Trump was
