Commiefornia’s shitty economy

My thoughts on CA:

I get the feeling something's got to give eventually.

They welcome illegal immigrants with open arms providing free healthcare in the form of MediCal I think. They get driver's licenses, they look the other way with voter registration and yet they have some of the wealthiest people in the world living there driving up the cost of living.
A friend of mine who grew up in Huntington Beach has a sister living in L.A., she recently got laid off from her job and can't find another in her field because her Spanish isn't good enough. So of course she's leaving, another middle class refugee from CA.

I don't see how it's sustainable.

So you want to claim ND but don't actually want to say you graduated from there. You want to rip on USC and then say where one went to school isn't important.

Like I said I have respect for ND and there's a reason you play this game because you didn't graduate from there

It's no different now than it's ever been all of the towns in the midwest spoke German or Norwegian or Swedish in their public schools and their newspapers were printed in the foreign language eventually they all learned English just the same as it's always been study your history

Well, it's better than NYC and Boston. Obviously, it's better than Detroit, Baltimore, Buffalo, DC, Oakland, STL, Houston, etc. Sure, it's not as good a place to be as Vancouver, Seattle, Portland, and San Diego, but, it beats the hell out of the slums of the eastern seaboard and the Midwest. I guess it's better than SF these days...
