Comey testimony, Alright, let's take bets now

OH, I knew all the reasons; but it was fun watching domer meltdown and cry about it.

:evilnod:

There you go again with the chronic demonstration of your massive stupidity.

This is shear enjoyment watching you Trumpsuckers shit your collective diapers. Struggling to find any excuse for your Orange Clod. The Senate hearing outed him as the lying bitch that he is to the entire world. Minor league. Mueller is the big leagues. We're just beginning, shitstain. Be patient. It ain't going away.

Maybe it would help if we explained it further lol.

Ok, say Trump exercises his executive authority and shuts down the left's precious Russian Investigation to Nowhere. It would actually be tempting from Trump's standpoint, but he's apparently smarter than that.

It's presents a major political problem: it would open the door to impeachment. Impeachment doesn't require criminality. They could start proceedings just based on the fact he stepped in and stopped an investigation.

Trump has his warts---but stupidity isn't one of them.

Now, if Trump were actually guilty of colluding with Vlad he may have been desperate enough to play the executive card on Comey and the Investigation to Nowhere. The hope being that Senate Republicans would vote against impeachment. And they likely would but it's not a slam dunk.

End result, Trump is damaged politically but he stays in office.

This is more of a nagging question for the left. *Why didn't* Trump exert his authority and stop the investigation, lefties?

If he's guilty, it's a no-brainer, right?

I disagree w/ the bolded. Trump is a pretty stupid guy overall.

He has some sort of savant quality when it comes to certain things - he obviously did well in real estate, and he can manipulate a crowd like very few I've seen.

But overall, he's not an intelligent individual. He does & says some really stupid shite.

He Tweets things he shouldn't but that is a sign of compulsiveness; and of course one can say 'well that was a stupid thing to Tweet' but it has nothing to do with intelligence.

The man isn't dumb by any stretch.

The man isn't dumb by any stretch.

He speaks with the vocabulary of a 5th or 6th grader with the emotional level to match. He's a bully and a pathological liar to boot.

What a great combo for a President!
