New York (CNN)Former FBI Director James Comey asked American voters Sunday night to end Donald Trump's presidency with a "landslide" victory for his opponent in 2020.

"All of us should use every breath we have to make sure the lies stop on January 20, 2021," Comey told an audience at the 92nd Street Y on New York City's Upper East Side. He all but begged Democrats to set aside their ideological differences and nominate the person best suited to defeating Trump in an election.

"I understand the Democrats have important debates now over who their candidate should be," Comey told MSNBC's Nicolle Wallace, "but they have to win. They have to win."

Comey wants rid of Trump because Trump fired him and because he wants out of the hot seat. It’s nothing to do with politics, per se. If Comey is an actual Republican he likes quite a bit of what Trump has done or is trying to do.

I get the idea some of these weasels pick their party affiliations based on what is politically expedient in terms of their power connections.

That would certainly explain the Duopoly.

Instead of focusing on the economy or some other area that is doing well and is politically important, the clown show tweets about one of HIS OWN PEOPLE being lazy and lacking mental capacity. Trump is an embarrassing clown show, the Three Stooges had more gravitas, I don't thing the positive things he as accomplished outweigh the costs.

Trump can be his own worst enemy on Twitter and it’s costing him support he might otherwise have. Personally, all I care about are results but for people who can’t or won’t tune it out—it’s a real problem.
