John Morse, our current Senate President just lost his seat in a recall election. I just listened to his concession speech.

Angela Giron, State Senator, is losing big time, but only 25% of the precincts have reported.

Looks like the Senate will change hands due to the Bloomberg effect.

Basically, Bloomberg and republicans squared off in Purple State Colorado, and Bloomberg lost.

The recall results are on the main page of the Denver Post online...

Bloomberg dropped a ton of money on these two. I'm glad to see that their rhetoric "don't let outsiders influence our elections" was seen as the hypocrisy it was. The NRA gave money to the challengers, true, however they actually have members in those districts, Bloomberg has not one single constituent in those districts.

It wasn't really only about the guns though, there was also the energy bill they passed that will kill most rural Coloradoan farmers, the legalized voting fraud bills they passed.

I do not like outside money influencing our local elections, either, especially when they saturate the TV with ads.

According to Debbie, there was cheating. Desh will be along to confirm

LOL. There was... the AFLCIO sent people down who were staying in Morse and Giron constituents' houses, supposedly for the get out and vote campaign... Using the new law in CO if they were here more than 21 days and were willing to say they planned to move here permanently they could register to vote (same day voting registration too!) Debbie should maybe point in some other direction, looking too hard into the "cheating" will absolutely bite her in the butt.

Now why would someone push for a law where if you are there for 21 days and are willing to "say" you planned to move there permanently you can register to vote? I am sure that there aren't any shenanigans that could go on with that. Of course the left would say "there isn't any voter fraud" because this is "legal".

I bet conveniently those same people decided to change their minds about moving there permanently.

Desh will be along to clear it all up as soon as she gets her Syria jollies out of the way

It's simple, really.

If a Republican wins, there was cheating.

If a Democratic wins, there was Republican cheating but not enough.
