bush did have other sources, it is a lie to claim it was only curveball....additionally, if a source's credibility is called into question, you can either choose to believe it or not. but its not a lie to use the source information.

you don't link for anything when you're lying onceler. but when you think you're right, you're comb the ends of the earth to provide a link.

Curveball was the ONLY source for mobile bio-weapons labs; not for all WMD's.

And in his SOU, Bush said they had multiple sources confirming mobile bio-weapons labs, when he knew Curveball was the only one, and knew he was deemed unreliable.

Bush lied.

So where are your links to these apparently unimpeachable sources of information? What makes me laugh is that you claim to know about other sources yet many actual former members of the Bush admin say otherwise.

thanks for the links tom. i clicked on each link and none of the links support your claim. perhaps you could quote the salient portion from any one of those links that support your claim. all you have is opinions. one link is about bush having "zero" evidence. ok. that actually goes against your, or onceler's claim that you agreed with, that bush only had curveball as intelligence.

I found something....

Germany's former foreign minister Joschka Fischer...

"We decided, therefore, that we would do our duty by sending the Americans all the information we had, together with our assessment that that information came from a deserter and that we had not verified or substantiated it ourselves, and that it could be completely wrong."

He said the then head of the BND, August Henning, wrote a letter to the CIA outlining the possible problems with Curveball.

KNEW, with absolute certainty, that the intell was bogus....
and told Bush that.....with certainty.

but all I get is ...."could be wrong"

There is much more convincing evidence that the Bush Administration lied about these imaginary bio-labs a few months after the fall of Saddam....
But that is lies after the war .... not before.
