Ok, I think this is crazy. I had never heard of a "hand sign" and this guy could have just been answering the phone or something. If all there is is what I saw in the vid, leave the poor guy alone.

He considers his next move.
Then flashes the sign slyly like he was scratching his head.
He wasn't just saying "Okay".
He was saying, "Okay I am a white supremacist."
Firing such a slimy maggot was the exact right thing to do.
