Kenny, stop being such a kunt. Go back to Vietnam plenty of coal there!

Does Trump really need a limey kunt like you kissing his ass from across the Atlantic?

Trump claimed he'd bring back coal and he didn't.

Just one lie out of the longest string of Presidential lies in the history of America.

I hope the dumbass blue collar hillbillies in WV who voted for him based on that big, fat lie are taking turns kicking each other in the ass with their steel toed safety boots right now.

he Energy Information Administration reports that U.S. coal exports doubled in 2017 and are expected to rise again this year. In West Virginia, coal exports increased from 24 million tons in 2016 to 34 million last year, a rise of 42 percent.

“The rebound shows coal’s resilience, especially in emerging regions, and recent events suggest the market for black combustible rock will remain strong,” reported the Journal.
“In the U.S., the Trump administration has proposed to reverse U.S. rules on coal emissions, and countries including India and Vietnam are planning major coal projects.”

The resurgence of coal is startling given the considerable obstacles.

Coal plants are attractive because they are less expensive to build than renewable energy facilities,” the Journal reports. “The cost of constructing a renewables plant is roughly double the outlay of a fossil-fuel facility, experts say.”
He does point out that global markets are fickle and fluctuations in economic growth as well as trade policy decisions...

Those who are effectively political truth haters, the far right, have been told repeatedly that the closure of coal mines is inescapable, yet the criminals keep opposing the fact.

Increasing tonnage for export is not the point..Coal jobs are NOT coming back.. Production is driven by robotics.. HM seems to miss the point that its about JOBS and pay checks. That's where Trump has deceived and short-changed coal miners.

Hello noise,

When the Titanic sank, the bow slipped underwater and the stern rose. The ship was not strong enough to support half of the vessel like that and it broke her in the middle.

For the people clinging to the stern section, when the bow section broke off and relieved the stern section of all that weight, the stern section temporarily floated higher. They must have felt like their prayers were being answered and somehow the ship had stopped sinking and begun to rise up.

For anybody clinging to coal, some increased exports might give them similar temporary hope.

But it's just like the Titanic. Coal is going down.

The increased exports only indicate that foreign countries have not been able to make the capital investments to switch over to natural gas yet.

They will. And just as surely as the people on the stern section of the Titanic were doomed, so is coal.

your assertion that Australia opening new coal mines will spur US exports to Asia is irrational
