now this is a prime example of your stupidity and lack of knowledge as it concerns constitutional matters. the state has ONLY the powers that the constitution WRITTEN BY THE PEOPLE gives it. the state cannot assume powers not in the constitution.

During the typical right demonstrations, the march or gathering is marked by very boring people who participate peacefully and then pick up their trash and go home.

Was there a TEA Party rally that was marked by burning cars and broken windows?

Mostly peaceful protests? You mean burning cars and breaking windows is peaceful?

What I find interesting is all those protesting do so and stay within their own little enclaves. Are they afraid to wonder outside of those areas? I don't see them going to places and doing think they've been doing in areas that aren't sympathetic to them. There's a good reason for it and they know it.
