CNN Enhances Zimmerman 911 Tape Again, Sounds like F**king Cold...

All these facts being the same, if a cop saw him in a neighborhood with a ridiculous number of unsolved robberies and initiated a stop for that reason, he would have no probable cause. The fact that GZ does not know him does not give rise to a belief that he is about to commit a crime or has committed a crime. The fact that he does not know him gives him LESS reason, not more to be suspicious. If he had seen him in the neighborhood repeatedly, consistent with times that robberies were committed he might have some suspicions. But to see someone you don't know, black and wearing a hoodie and become suspicious? Why? Was it the hoodie, lots of kids AND adults wear hoodies. GZ saw a black kid and became suspicious. Was it overt racism or unconscious? Who knows? Even Jessie Jackson admitted that when he was walking down the street and someone was walking behind him he would be relieved that it was not a young black man. Stereotype become ingrained, and as Jessie Jackson shows, the stereotypes are not reserved to just white people. All I know, is that if a young black man shot George Zimmerman, then claimed self defense, there would be a hell of a lot more investigation than there has been in this case.

1. a private citizen is not held to the same duty as a police officer. see - confessions etc...made to a private citizen not acting on the behalf of the state.

2. you have no proof that he was suspicious of him solely because of his skin color. i honestly expected more from you.

3. pure speculation based on zero facts.

Are you fuckin' serious....

I have to see a stranger in my neighborhood several times before I should get suspicious...???
I have to see the same guy in my neighborhood around the same times robberies were committed before I get suspicious ?
I see a strange black guy in my neighborhood on a rainy cold night and just let it pass like its fuckin' normal ?

Socrtease....are you losing brain cells in large quantities every day.....???

I've seen some not real smart stuff come from you in the past, but never something as stupid as this.....

A cop has much less chance of recognizing somebody who isn't normally there than somebody on Neighborhood Watch, hence the reason for those groups.

Could it possibly be that he saw somebody he didn't know?

Are you fuckin serious ?

The fact that he does not know him gives him LESS reason, not more to be suspicious.?

What the fuck kind of reasoning is that.....I should not be suspicious of a stranger, in my neighborhood, on a cold, rainy night........are you insane..???

If he had seen him in the neighborhood repeatedly, consistent with times that robberies were committed he might have some suspicions.???

If I see the same person several times, consistent with the times that robberies were committed,,,,THEN I should get suspicious ?

I guess my thought process would be like.....ok its the same guy, comes around every Tuesday a 9 and I know that 9 is the time all the robberies are committed....
It must be his regular work schedule to rob this neighborhood at 9 every Tuesday.....so I should be suspicious.....

That kind of reasoning is ludicrous in the fuckin' extreme...

Even Jessie Jackson admitted that when he was walking down the street and someone was walking behind him he would be relieved that it was not a young black man. Stereotype become ingrained, and as Jessie Jackson shows, the stereotypes are not reserved to just white people.

Thats not stereotyping, thats freakin' reality.....and its about we all wake up to facts of life and reality.....

Your post is absurd, I can't believe you would say something so idiotic.....

Necessitating "murder"?

no USF....i thought you were brighter than this...

talking about people's personal information, eg, calling him by his name that he posted etc....

why in the fuck are people so obsessed with the personal information of others? don't be like tom.

And you seem to be confused as to what constitutes personal information and what the meaning of public information is.

You think I should NOT be suspicious of a stranger in my neighborhood on a cold, rainy night......that maybe I should be suspicious of someone I know and recognize.....

you have a problem with that logic....?????

Yes. What would be the reason for you paranoia? Everything isn't a threat. And if you live your life, walking on eggshells, then you're not living. What are you afraid of? Death? Judgment Day? Regrets? Or have you believed the lie, that a boogie man, lurks behind every corner, and you might have to prove that you're a real man?
Ooops. Didn't mean to "out" you, as a punk.

This from someone who would slap a women for "wagging" her finger, in his face.
How more ironic can you get?

Has anyone wondered how "fucking cold" it would have been that night in Sanford, Florida?

Actually, it was cold and rainy that night in Sanford, FL. While it may not effect somebody from Chicago much, somebody who lived in Florida may even say it was "fucking cold".

It was 63 degrees.

And indeed, for somebody used to never having to turn on a heater, that is cold. Add wet clothes to the mix and even you might think it is "fucking cold"...

Especially if the Kel-Tec 9 mm in your pocket is causing your trigger finger to itch...
