Cluster Bombs On Civilians

It served FDR well. And for the record, both FDR and the Israelis have given warning for the citizens to get the hell out before they dropped bombs.

Anyway, I am still not 100% sure there is usage of cluster bombs going on, but if there is it should be condemned by all parties.

As I said in other posts, I think it is likely as they haven't stopped themselves from using them before. And it is grossly wrong to use such stuff in highly populated places.

I just would prefer more evidence than what I have seen to start suggesting sanctions.
 
Well, you know what, it's a losing argument to have on a message board. The truth is the right wing, people like Dixie and Southern man and most of the hard right on here, they don't care about cluster bombing Palestinian children because they don't consider them people. I mean, no one ever wants to say it, but we all know it. So this is all meaningless.

All you can do is militant actions on this, which are all over NYC, and next week I'm throwing the Jews out of my peace group. They have informed me that, well one said she can't come at all because she knows that we'll be talknig about Israel and it "hurts her too much" and the rest are going to tell me they won't march against Israel like they said in 2006. But they can march against America. And they can't explain how marching against Israel's foreign policy means you hate Jews, but marching against America's doesnt' mean you hate America. This leads me to conclude that they do, in fact, hate America, and I won't have America-haters in my group, it's bad PR.

As for the right wing here, they'll rot in hell, most of them are already there, why do you think they giggle over the death of innocents? Because they're happy people? Um, No.

Come on Damo, sanctions? Get out of Disney world. There will be no sanctions against Israel, the United States just blocked a Security Council resolution.

Israel does whatever it wants to do, there is no price. And it is due to the United States that they do not have to pay. And this is one of the reasons (the other main reason being the billions we funnel them) why we are not only not considered innocent in the eyes of Muslims, but its' also why we're actually guilty.
 
Jews are masters of hypocrisy and lies. Somehow being god's chosen people isn't racist, but if anyone else ever claimed the same, the ADL would be all over it. Having a nation based around an ethnic identity or religion is also wrong, except for jews.

Should that stop me from suggesting them if I feel it is right?

We are constantly on about what we believe, but if somebody suggests something and you want to feel like they are bad you go on about stuff like this. It shouldn't change what I think is right, even if it is unlikely to happen.
 
Israel has nukes and yet does not have to participate in nuke talks.
Israel has bio and chemical weapons and has to participate in no talks about those either.

Israel is clearly above the law.

do you notice that the press follows the 'if it bleeds it leads' philosophy when reporting war injury and death

if you watched the press video you would think that only children and women are killed and injured

if a nation that bordered the u s of a periodically exploded ordinance in the u s of a, what do you think the public response would be

please note our nation's policy regarding the 'war on terror'
- we can and do use just about every weapon in our arsenal

It's not pointless at all. I've had it up to here with that crap, it's one of the reasons I left CP -that and I was tired of the theatrics, which I believe stopped us from being taken seriously.

I can do whatever I want now, and I don't believe it's pointless.

IF we are blockading people from receiving adequate food, supplies and medicine, we deserve it.
