Yes, he thought limiting travel from China, Iran and Italy was all he had to do, but it was too late. He didn’t realize it was already here and that other measures needed to be taken.

He led the charge on the right to downplay everything about this virus. We saw it every day here on JPP, and on all of the conservative media outlets.
Conservatives rewrite history often, but I've never seen it so immediate. We're just talking about things that both Trump and they said a few days ago, and now that it's a crisis, it's all "huh? He never said that...what are you talking about?"

No, he didn’t, if he’d listened to experts, he would have accepted the WHO testing kits and started back in January. He would have been establishing testing areas, emergency areas to accept the infected, he would have consulted with other foreign countries to coordinate research and development. He listened to himself and he wanted to deny this was going to be a pandemic, he thought it would go away, 15, then 5, then 0 cases.
Sorry, I mistyped WHO. The CDC, you mean the guy in charge who testified to Congress that he doesn’t know how to do his job? The CDC who Trump has had on lockdown, that CDC?

What are WOT testing kits? Does it stand for World of Tanks? I have heard of the World Health Organization but expound on the WOT by all means.....As far as I know, Trump gets information from the CDC and the White house Coronavirus Task force. You being all knowledgeable about the WOT. Please enlighten us as to their offer of providing testing kits to the US. While you are at it provide proof that he didn't consult with other countries to coordinate research and development.

I noticed you cut off the last sentence- in my post . Wonder why? I read in your link where Trump offered congratulations to China for their progress. It Looks like the CDC already had created an American version of the test during the offer of providing the kits to America.
I suppose Trump contradicting the experts gives us a clue that Trump is not communicating with them. Fauci goes on last to clean up Daffys wrong statements. Like when he said anyone who wants a test can get it. That is a lie and his experts did not say it.
