It is further ordered, adjudged and decreed that, in accordance with Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code 27.009(1), Shapiro is entitled to recover his attorneys’ fees, courts costs and other expenses in bringing his motion to dismiss and defending against plaintiffs’ claims. Shapiro is ordered to submit evidence of his attorneys fees, court costs and other expenses by affidavit within 14 days.”

this is a thread of great news. I hope the new DOJ will determine that mosques are the centers of activity for terrorists and have all mosques torn down and hauled to the landfill. that would be very good. I reckon it will take several months to get an effective machine running for the removal of that type of political jihadist from this land. I hope...

I still fail to see how you can know at first glance that that clock is not a bomb. It looks shady.

I still fail to see how anyone can claim that the clock actually looked like a clock and NOT a poor attempt at looking like a bomb. That was a rhetorical statement in that I know why brain dead leftists and the Fake Media would believe it looks like a clock; they're morons. ;)

This is why I'm so glad that the Omnibus Tort Reform Act was signed in Texas in 2011, because the losers who bring forth their [frivolous] civil suits are required to pay the winners' legal costs. :)

From the beginning, this whole clock incident seemed like a coordinated effort by the boy's family [and perhaps CAIR] to point to a "poor innocent Muslim child" who was "discriminated against" by someone in a public school and by media pundits who dared to comment on it with curiosity. Of course, the Left embraced and celebrated this false victim because they enjoy using any instance they can (no matter how fake) to paint Muslims as "innocent victims of an oppressive and bigoted America", and to shame everyone else for following their common sense skepticism and reporting strange incidents...
