Order them to set up a mini wage?? (
doesn't California already have a minimum wage?....

sue them is the recourse. We treat homeless in the USA as parasites.Maybe they should build those shelters in Nevada??
Nevada buses hundreds of mentally ill patients to cities around country
Nevada could face suit for dumping patients in Calif.
I wouldn't think it would make much difference.........
The chaos & panic it would cause certainly will.......
Personally I think it is to crowded here in Calif so getting rid of some ppl doesn't sound so bad but unfortunately many ppl love it here & more continue to come........
Isn't it UnAmerican to tell ppl where they can & cannot live??

*there was some movie about dumping hospital,patients...I can't remember *
did you go vote??
It's on the counter.......
My blues program is coming on in ten mins, listen to that & have a few shots & maybe cry in the sunshine later......
if he is still voting clinton he can stay home.
The homeless person that got beat up in the video had a sign that said Illegals sleep in houses americans sleep in the streets take care of our own first.
gotta be careful not to hate on simple illegals -I mean we need border security and all that -but not hate for just being here.
for the the CRIMINALS though -- "lock her up" lol
well we tighten up employment criteria..whatever happened to the E-verify thing?i dont hate them for being here. The fix to american economy just wont work with them. The whole point is to "force" (or heavily incentivize) companies to use american labor. You can deal with outsourcing by some sort of protectionism but whats the point if the companies who do stay will use slave labor instead?
In the waning days of Rome the citizens starved because they had no jobs. The rich used the slaves for everything.

good on you for not hating..I think that is a media meme about Trump supporters. we're simply "America first" and I make no apology for that.
i'm good with deportation of criminal illegals ( felony level) and real border security so they stay the hell out. or "lock em up"ok so yeah... thats not enough. It has to be deportation. It can be eventual though its not like we will fix everything overnight. Do I sound harsh?
Let me ask you this. Look at history. what happens if a group of people are unable to work but are otherwise fit? What happens when you disband an army? The people turn to crime and banditry. While fixing the economy we also unleash a crime wave upon ourselves. Let their home countries deal with that. Plus if they are deported then they are dispersed so the resulting wave will not be as bad wherever it ends up.
What do you see as the solution to that?? SF could sure use some help..
?? i'm not sure what you are saying. I do know a LOT of places will not let you use a restroom unless you are a customer.
Plus 'facilities' are much more then peeing.
A lot of european cities have stand up outside stalls for men ( they enter and it covers the other 3 sides for privacy)
Some cities are even giving out rent free apts, for those that works.
Homelessness can be dealt with better then just "splash-piss paint" that's inhuman and disgusting
I'm well aware of homeless - Baltimore is the dumping ground for the mid-Atlantic poor.
sure. Librarys are hard to find, but stores are common enough. But you drive up s a customer and use the facilities.I've done a lot of traveling and haven't had problems finding a public rest room. There are fast food joints, libraries, gas stations, train stations, bus stations, department stores, hospital lobbies, big box stores and pharmacies, just to name a few.
Now mentally-ill homeless people are a different story, they may not always be lucid and aware of their surroundings. But I still don't have a problems with methods used to discourage public urination.
