There is a certain gravity and tipping point with this stuff before it becomes a cancer. We aren't there yet, but trend lines look good. Let's just say Trump has a gnarly case of herpes for now. The flare ups aren't going to stop and this issue may still metastasize. That peculiar group domino dynamic needs to take hold. Trump is not liked by those pledged to support him due to partisan affiliation only.

I guess my short point is it isn't going to be real until serious people on the right publicly declare it to be serious. Those discussions will first take place in private. The problem is convincing them it is in their parties interest to flotsam this clunker. That's a hard sell short term.
