Clinton IT specialist invokes 5th more than 125 times in deposition

“It was a sad day for government transparency,” the Judicial Watch official said, adding they asked all their questions and Pagliano invoked the Fifth Amendment right not to answer them.

Pagliano was a central figure in the set-up and management of Clinton’s personal server she used exclusively for government business while secretary of state. The State Department inspector general found Clinton violated government rules with that arrangement.

Wonder why he felt the need to invoke the Fifth Amendment.

Afterall, many liberals claim there is no scandal, so why the need to invoke the right against self incrimination?

Wait a sec. There's something awfully fishy about this story. This is the guy that was granted immunity. The reason why he was given immunity was to resolve issues with his previous 5th amendment pleadings. Who invokes the 5th amendment when they've been granted immunity?

Pleading the 5th is not an admission of guilt in any case.

because if he says something he will end up with a bullet in the back of his head. The government can really only give him jail time so he fears the clintons more

You're right it is not. However, in this case it seems odd.
