No... I would pay our debts and make sure that we cut spending down to the point that we don't have to keep raising the debt ceiling. I would stop spending more than the country brings in in revenue. We are currently projected to over spend by $600B... AGAIN.

If the Reps fight to get some spending cuts with the increase... Garud says they are trying to make us default and that they are irresponsible.

In other words, Garud is a party hack that simply was going to bash Reps regardless of what they did.

Garud will also continue celebrating the inept fiscal policy of the Dems that continues requiring ever increasing debt limits... because Garud wants future generations to pay for things for him today.
