If they keep it concealed. If it isn't, if it's in plain view such as on a student's desk or on a shelf, it, and the student who brought it are removed.

You need to check into the ACLU's campaign on this and their assertion that exposed Bibles in public school class rooms are the establishment of a religion. They are verboten because of it. Unless, like I said, the school administrator has permitted it for some after school activity.

But I strongly suspect that you already know this.
