1) I said over 400k Americans were killed in the Civil War. The rest were foreign troops.
2) For starters, women didn't receive the vote until 1920. There were local, incremental steps forward, such as in 1875 Wyoming, but nothing definitive until then.
3) The draft isn't an infringement of your rights, nor is it set in stone. We could lobby Congress for it to be abolished if we really wanted to. As it stands, the draft has become way too controversial to come back into use.

Actually, women joined the fighting on the prairie, against the British and in the Civil War whenever there was a need for them to fight, they would have done more if they had been allowed.
