It wasn't a lie by Bush you moron. Why is it that low information leftist dullards like you feel compelled to lie all the time? Is it because you cannot promote your historically failed Progressive agenda honestly?

I didn't say it was a lie by BUSH you incredible moron...do try to keep up from now on.
