None. You either have the right to vote or you don't. For example, if you commit a felony and go to prison you lose your right to vote while serving time. In some states you permanently lose that right.
I don't see how the SAVE Act does that.
As for Schumer's other statement, "Jim Crow 2.0" it shows he's either knowingly spewing rhetorical bullshit or he has no clue what the 'Jim Crow' era entailed. I'd assume it's the latter as Schumer doesn't seem to be the sharpest tool in the shed.

Can you point to any citizen who is losing the right to vote under the SAVE Act? Can you even point to any illegal who is losing the right to vote under the SAVE Act? After all, illegals supposedly "don't vote", "can't vote", and have never had the right to vote to begin with (thus they can't "lose" a right that they never had).
Democrats are the party of illegal aliens, and they even openly admitted it at the SOTU address.
