Reports have shown back in 2016, Trumps first term, most of these welfare motherfuckers made more money sittin on they Soy Bean ass's, than farming itself...WHO WOULDN'T WANT THIS AGAIN??? And because the Trump administration lacks adequate oversight and audit trails, and fuck the Congress, let the grifting and fraud begin, like it did his first term.
