Your article does indeed point out the idiocy of a few Christians. The reason you are mocked by others, is that you, are doing the same thing. For example, you are whining about Christians in this thread.

I believe the saying goes something like, pull the plank out of your own eye.

Btw, are you an atheist? You seem to hate Christians.
 
I went to a public high school so I dont really know how a private Catholic school works but I don't know if I would want to go to a religious school that wasn't my own faith. I'm not Catholic and so I probably wouldn't want to go to a Catholic school since it wouldn't be what I was raised with and am comfortable with. I wouldn't think that a Catholic would want to go to a school that is Southern Baptist for example because of the differences. My university is affiliated with Church of Christ which is what I was raised in and so it makes sense to me, but if I were Muslim I dont think I would be comfortable at a Catholic school just like if I were Catholic I wouldn't be comfortable in a Muslim faith based school.

I did attend a Catholic school, we didn't have any non-Catholics, but I know the Catholic school here has non-Catholic students they attend because of the low student to teacher ratio and the good academics at the school.

as public schools declined in quality we've seen more and more students enrolled in parochial schools simply for a quality education rather than for religious reasons.......

I attended Catholic school for two years despite being an Episcopalian.

I don't need any other reason besides common sense to ignore the thread topic.....as for personal attacks on you, that's like the little sugar crystals on Christmas cookies.....not necessary, but it makes everything else a bit more enjoyable....
